Utility Plant
The Campus has a Utility Plant which provides all the chilled water, steam, and electricity to all the buildings. The crew in the plant also monitor small emergency generators that run the elevators and emergency lighting if required. The plant is staffed 24/7.
Security
We have our own security guards who maintain security in the buildings, monitor the closed circuit television (CCTV) and patrol the campus in TechCity vehicles twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Maintenance
We have a maintenance staff that takes care of the buildings. They can be paged if required after normal working hours. They also work with outside vendors.
Year Round Grounds Crew
The grounds crew maintains the property year round. They keep the grass mowed, remove leafs in the Fall and snow in the Winter. Some of the grounds work is done by outside vendors.
