The site has numerous loading docks spread around the campus in different buildings. These are normal or oversized with dock lifters to exactly match the truck height. If you are considering becoming a tenant, please inquire which buildings have the best dock access you require for your business. Existing Tenants: When arranging a delivery that requires access to a loading dock, please notify security so they can make sure to open the loading dock nearest you. Please don't leave anything on the loading docks overnight, except with permission from management. Also please inform security.

The use of the loading docks for heavy equipment or printing tradeshows (see the TechCity EXPO webpage) is encouraged but exhibitors must expect to be able to meet precisely coordinated schedules and pay some reasonable additional fees for security support.
