The campus has a freight train rail spur to allow freight cars access to some of the larger buildings for tenants that are larger manufacturing operations. Currently the tenant, Hunter Panel, is actively using the Rail Spur. Coordination of the use of the rail spur for deliveries in and out of the site are arranged by security.

Conrail and CSX provide the direct freight rail access to TechCity. The adjacent track and rail spur (on-site siding) at TechCity provides plenty of track length to load and unload goods. See the links to the right for more information.

The use of the Rail Spur for heavy equipment or printing press tradeshows (see the TechCity EXPO webpage) is encouraged but exhibitors must expect to be able to meet precisely coordinated schedules and pay some reasonable additional fees for security support.
