TechCity has a 24 hour surveillance security staff that patrols the campus.
Additionally, there is a comprehensive CCTV Camera Surveillance system that covers principal corridors, main lobbies, exterior parking areas, and the central utility plant.
The central utility plant is also gated on all sides and manned 24 hours.
All access roads and parking areas into the TechCity campus have deactivated gatehouses and security systems.
Two current tenants within the TechCity campus have rigorous security needs.
Major Tenants operate their own individualized alarm systems within their premises.
